UX Writing
Scenario: A traveler is in an airport waiting for the last leg of a flight home when their flight gets abruptly cancelled due to bad weather. They can claim free food and drink vouchers.
Challenge: Write a message from the airline app notifying them of the cancellation and what they need to do.
Headline: 45 characters; Body: 175 characters max; Button: 25 characters max
We're sorry, your flight has been cancelled
Due to bad weather, your flight has been cancelled. We've issued you with food and drink vouchers and will be in touch soon with an updated departure time.
Scenario: The user is browsing the website of a local supermarket which is focused on natural and organic foods.
Challenge: Write a 404 message for a missing or broken link on the website.
Headline: 30 characters max; Body: 45 characters max
